المعاجم المُحوسبة في الوطن العربي ـ دراسة نقدية لمعجم صخر الإلكتروني / Computerized Dictionaries In The Arab World - A Critical Study Of Sakhr Electronic Dictionary -

Résumé: أحدثت الثورة الرقمية في العصر الحديث تغيرا كبيرا في مجال الصناعة المعجمية، إذ صار من الواجب على المعجميين التفكير في بناء معجم حاسوبي يفي بمتطلبات هذا العصر وحاجات المستخدمين في ثوب من السرعة والتفاعلية تُفتقد في المعجمات الورقية. ومن بين المحاولات الجادة قاموس صخر الالكتروني ....وعليه سنحاول الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: هل معجم صخر المشهور "المعجم المعاصر" يملك من المميزات ما يؤهله ليكون نموذجا جيدا عن الصناعة المعجمية الحاسوبية العربية؟ وقد توصلنا إلى أنه رغم النقائص التي تكتنف المعجم المعاصر من شركة صخر فإنه يملك من الصفات ما يجعله قادرا على خدمة اللغة العربية في جانبها الحاسوبي خاصة إذا تم تحيينه بشكل دوري. The digital revolution in the modern era brought about a great change in the field of the lexical industry, as it became necessary for lexicographers to think about building a computer lexicon that meets the requirements of this era and the needs of users in a dress of speed and interactivity that is missing in paper dictionaries. Among the serious attempts is Sakhr's electronic dictionary....and accordingly we will try to answer the following questions: Does Sakhr's famous "contemporary dictionary" have the features that qualify it to be a good model for the Arabic computer lexical industry? We have concluded that despite the shortcomings that surround the contemporary dictionary from Sakhr, it has the qualities that make it able to serve the Arabic language in its computer aspect, especially if it is updated periodically.
