Résumé: بنهاية الحروب الأوروبية ووأد المشروع النابليوني في حدود سنة 1815م أعادت الدول الأوروبية نظرتها للعلاقات التي تربطها بالإيالة الجزائرية، وقد كان مؤتمر فيينا بمثابة المنبر الدولي الذي عبرت فيه هاته الدول عن مكبوتاتها تجاه الإيالة الجزائرية، وإعلان رغبتها في التخلص من الضغط الذي فرضته عليهم، وأجمع الحاضرون في هذا المؤتمر على ضرورة تهميش دور الإيالة الجزائرية من القضايا المتوسطية، تحت حجة أن ألإيالة الجزائرية أحد الأطراف التي أعاقت تطور وازدهار الملاحة المتوسطية With the end of the European wars and the annihilation of the Napoleonic project within the year 1815 AD, the European countries reconsidered the relations that bind them to the Algerian province. The Vienna conference was the international forum in which the European countries expressed their repressions towards the Algerian province and declared their desire to get rid of the pressure imposed on them. The conference on the need to marginalize the role of the Algerian eyelid from Mediterranean issues, under the pretext that Algeria is one of the parties that hindered the development and prosperity of Mediterranean shipping,
