أثر كل من السياستين النقدية والمالية في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار وقياس أثر السياسة النقدية والمالية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة 1990-2018، وذلك حسب نموذج Saint- louis والذي يربط التغيرات في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي بالتغيرات الحالية والسابقة في كل من متغيرات السياسة النقدية ومتغيرات السياسة المالية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة في الأجل الطويل، كما بينت معادلة التكامل المشترك طويلة الأجل لـ Engle وGranger الأثر الايجابي لكل من السياسة النقدية والإنفاق الحكومي على النمو الاقتصادي، وأن تأثير السياسة النقدية في المدى الطويل أكبر من تأثير السياسة المالية. في حين بينت نتائج نموذج تصحيح الخطأ أن الناتج المحلي الاجمالي يحتاج لمرور 03.47 سنة لاستعاب كامل الصدمة أو التغيرات التي تطرأ على كل من الانفاق العام والكتلة النقدية. This study aims to test and measure the impact of monetary and fiscal policy on economic growth in Algeria for the period 1990-2018, according to the Saint-Louis model. Which relates changes in gross domestic product to current and past changes in monetary policy variables and fiscal policy variables. The study concluded that there is a relationship between the long-term study variables, and the long-term co-integration equation of Engle and Granger showed the positive impact of monetary and fiscal policy on economic growth, and that the impact of long-term monetary policy is greater than the effect of fiscal policy. While the results of the error correction model showed that the GDP must spend 03.47 years to fully absorb the shock or the changes that occur both in government spending and in the money supply.
