The Reality Of Electronic Payment Methods In Commercial Banks In Algeria, A Case Study Cnep Bank
Résumé: The study investigates the efficacy of electronic payment methods within commercial banks in Algeria, focusing on CNEP bank as a case study. With a sample size of 89 customers, our goal is to evaluate the impact of electronic payment methods on enhancing banking operations. Utilizing the SPSS statistical program, we analyze the data and test hypotheses to gain insights into the effectiveness of these methods. The study found significant differences in the views on that There is an effect of ATM, online banking ,mobile banking transactions on the performance of commercial bank for the whole study sample.
