الزواج في الغرب الإسلامي من خلال نوازل المعيار المعرب للونشريسي

Résumé: الملخص: يعالج هذا البحث موضوع الزواج في الغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط، حيث تم تبني طريقة حديثة تعتمد على الإيحاءات والإشارات الموجودة في الكتب النوازلية في مجال الكتابة التاريخية والاجتماعية والتي ما زالت محل نقاش بين المؤرخين والباحثين حول مدى نفعيتها وكيفية استغلالها وتوظيفها. تتمثل هذه الطريقة المعتمدة في "الدراسة على معيار الونشريسي" والتي حاولنا من خلالها الخروج بعمل جاد يخص الزواج في الغرب الإسلامي. فمن خلال تتبع واستقراء النوازل يظهر أن الزواج في الغرب الإسلامي لم يختلف عن باقي المناطق الإسلامية، إلا أن هناك عادات خاصة ميزت المنطقة المغاربية، فلقد رأينا عادات الخطبة والصداق وكيفية إبرام العقود، وأهم المراسيم أثناء الاحتفال بالزواج، بالإضافة لطبيعة العلاقات الزوجية التي رسمت لنا صورة عن الحياة اليومية داخل الأسرة المغاربية. Abstract: This research deals with the issue of marriage in the Islamic West during the Middle Ages, where a modern method was adopted that relies on the allusions and references found in the Nawazil books in the field of historical and social writings. This method is still under discussion among historians and researchers about the extent of its usefulness and how to exploit and employ it. This adopted method is “the study on the criterion of Al-Wonsharisi”, through which we tried to come up with a serious work related to marriage in the Islamic West. Through tracking and extrapolating the Nawazil, it appears that marriage in the Islamic West did not differ from the rest of the Islamic regions, except that there are special customs that characterized the Maghreb region. We have seen the customs of engagement, dowry, how marriage contracts are concluded, the most important ceremonies during the celebration of marriage, in addition to the nature of marital relations that painted us a picture of daily life within the Maghreb family.
