مظاهر الزندقة بالاندلس من خلال كتاب "الإعلام بنوازل الأحكام " للقاضي عيسى بن سهل الأسدي

Résumé: ملخص باللغة العربية: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية نوازل الأحكام لأبي الأصبغ عيسى بن سهل الأسدي التاريخية والمذهبية ودورها في التعريف بمظاهر الزندقة في الأندلس، و موقف الفقهاء من هذه الظاهرة ومساهمتهم في الكشف عن نوايا الزنادقة الخبيثة الرامية إلى هدم الدين وزرع الفتنة في المجتمع الأندلسي و المساس باستقرار الدولة وقلب نظامها ،خصوصا في هذه المرحلة الحرجة من تاريخ المسلمين بالأندلس ألا وهي فترة ملوك الطوائف التي تميّزت بالانحطاط السياسي وازدياد الخطر النصراني . ولمعرفة ذلك استوجبت الدراسة تحديد مفهوم الزندقة في التاريخ الإسلامي والتعريف بشخصية عيسى ابن سهل وكتابه المسمى" الإعلام بنوازل الأحكام" ،ودراسة نماذج من مسائله التي أثارت الظاهرة محاولة معرفة دوافعها وأبعادها التاريخية والذاتية، الدينية والمذهبية وموقف الفقهاء منها مستعينة بمصادر أخرى لكشف عن دوافعها الحقيقية الكلمات المفتاحية: الزندقة –الأندلس- نوازل- عيسى بن سهل- الإعلام بنوازل الأحكام. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of historical and doctrinal judgment’s calamitiesby Abu Al-AsbaghIssa Ben Sahl Al-Assadi, and their role in introducing the aspects of heresy in Andalusia, rather than the position of jurists on this phenomenon, and their contribution in revealing the intentions of the heretics to demolish religion and sow discord in Andalusia society,damagethe stability of the State and overthrow its system, especially in that critical phase of the history of Muslims in Andalusia, which is the period of the kings of the sects,which was characterized by political decline and increaseof Christian danger. To find out, the study necessitated defining the concept of heresy in Islamic history, identifying the personality of IssaBenSahl and his book called "Information about judgments’ calamities", and studying examples of its issues that raised the phenomenon, trying to know its motivations and its historical, subjective, religious and doctrinal dimensions, and stance the position of jurists by using other sources to reveal their true motivations.
