نحو التوجھ لترقیة الصادرات خارج المحروقات في ظل تراجع الإیرادات النفطیة في الجزائر - إنتاج وتصدیر التمور نموذجا –

Résumé: إن ترقیة الصادرات خارج المحروقات بصفة عامة والزراعیة بصفة خاصة أصبح ضرورة ملحة تفرضھ التحدیات التي تواجھھا الجزائر الیوم، فأسعار النفط التي تھاوت إلى مستویات قیاسیة، من شأنھا أن تھدد استقرار الاقتصاد الوطني في المستقبل إذا استمرت الأوضاع على ما ھي علیھ الیوم، وفي ظل ھذه الوضعیة فإن الاھتمام بإنتاج وتصدیر مادة التمور یمكن أن یساھم كمورد بدیل للنفط في تنمیة الصادرات الجزائریة غیر النفطیة، والتخلص من التبعیة للمحروقات التي تعرفتھا الجزائر منذ عقود من الزمن The upgrade of exports out of hydrocarbons in general and agriculture in particular, has become an urgent necessity imposed by the challenges facing Algeria today, Oil prices which have tumbled to record lows, that would threaten the stability of the national economy in the future if the situation for what it is continued today, with this situation the interest in the production and export of dates can contribute to an alternative supplier of oil in development of the Algerian non-oil exports, and get rid of the dependency on hydrocarbons which tariffs Algeria since decades
