تداعيات جائحة كورونا على التوازنات الداخلية والخارجية للدول العربية المصدرة للنفط

Résumé: نهدف من خلال دراستنا هذه معرفة انعكاسات جائحة كورونا على متغيرات السوق النفطية للدول العربية المصدرة للنفط كآثار أولية ومدى تأثيرها على التوازنات الداخلية والخارجية لهذه الدول. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها انعكست الصدمة المزدوجة لتهاوي أسعار النفط وتراجع الطلب النفطي العالمي سلباً على كمية وقيمة الصادرات العربية والتي عرفت تراجعا قياسيا مما أثر بشكل مباشر على التوازنات الداخلية للدول العربية المصدرة للنفط خاصة معدلات النمو التي عرفت في مجملها انكماشاً حادا انعكس على معظم مؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي الأخرى كالبطالة والتضخم وضغوطات مالية خاصة في مجال الانفاق العام مما فرض على هذه الدول تبني إجراءات لدعم تعافي الاقتصاد والتخفيف من أثار الجائحة. Through our study, we aim to find out the implications of the CORONA pandemic on the oil market variables of arab oil-exporting countries as preliminary effects and their impact on the internal and external balances of these countries. The study reached several results, most notably the double shock of the plunging oil prices and the decline in global oil demand negatively on the quantity and value of Arab exports, which witnessed a record decline, which directly affected the internal balances of Arab oil-exporting countries, especially growth rates, which were known as a whole by a sharp contraction that was reflected on most indicators Other economic performance, such as unemployment, inflation, and financial pressures, especially in the field of public spending, forced these countries to adopt measures to support the economic recovery and mitigate the effects of the pandemic.
