قواعد مستنبطة من ردود سيد قطب على الشبهات الخاصة بقضايا المرأة في الإسلام في تفسيره

Résumé: الملخّص جاءت هذه الدّراسة لاستنباط القواعد العامّة والقواعد الخاصة من ردود سيّد قطب في تفسيره "في ظلال القرآن" على أهمّ الشّبهات المثارة حول قضايا المرأة. وقد تمّ اتّباع المنهج الوصفي التّحليليّ، والمنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي للوصول إلى أهداف هذه الدّراسة. وقد خلُصت الدّراسة أنّ سيّد قطب اتّبع قواعد واضحةً منها العامّة ومنها الخاصّة، مميّزة في الرّدّ على الشّبهات المثارة حول قضايا المرأة. أهمّ هذه القواعد: الانطلاق من أنّ أحكام الشّريعة مصدرها وحيّ من الله العليم الحكيم، وأنّها تتوافق مع الفطرة السّليمة والعقل الصّحيح، وأنّها واقعيّة، وتراعي الفروق التّكوينيّة، والتّكاليف الوظيفيّة، والواجبات المناطة بكلٍّ من الرّجل والمرأة، وأنّها تراعي العدل والتّكريم الإلهيّ للمرأة. كلمات مفتاحيّة: سيّد قطب، في ظلال القرآن، تفسير القرآن الكريم، الرّدّ على الشّبهات. Rules derived from Sayyid Qutb’s responses to doubts regarding women’s issues in Islam in his interpretation. Summary This study came to derive general and specific rules from Sayyid Qutb's responses in his interpretation "Fe Thelal Al-Qur'an" to the most important doubts raised about women's issues. The descriptive analytical approach, and the inductive and deductive approaches were followed to reach the objectives of this study. The study concluded that Sayyid Qutb followed clear rules, some of which were general and some of which were specific, in responding to the doubts raised about women's issues. The most important of these rules: starting from the fact that the rulings of Sharia are a revelation from God, and that they are consistent with sound nature.
