أثر مؤشرات الحوكمة على جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر للجزائر بالتركيز على مؤشر مراقبة الفساد

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز أثر مؤشرات الحوكمة على جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر للجزائر خلال الفترة (2012-2021) وهذا بالتركيز على مؤشر مراقبة الفساد الذي يقاس بمؤشر مدركات الفساد، حيث استندنا في ذلك على مجموعة من التقارير الدولية الصادرة عن منظمة الشفافية الدولية وتقارير مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة UNCTAD. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تعاني من استشراء ظاهرة الفساد، وهذا ما جعلها من الوجهات الغير المرغوب فيها من قبل المستثمرين الأجانب لسوء مناخها الاستثماري، فقد احتلت الجزائر المراتب المتوسطة عربيا فيما تحصلت على مراتب متدنية عالميا. This research paper aimed to highlight the impact of governance indicators on attracting foreign direct investment to Algeria during the period (2012-2021) by focusing on the corruption control index, which is measured by the Corruption Perceptions Index, as we relied on a set of international reports issued by Transparency International and the conference reports United Nations UNCTAD. This study concluded that Algeria suffers from widespread corruption, and this is what made it an undesirable destination for foreign investors due to its bad investment climate, Algeria ranked middle in the Arab world while it received low ranks globally
