Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى كشف أثر ظروف العمل السائدة في مصلحة الإستعجالات الطبية على بعض الإستجابات النفسية كالقلق، الاكتئاب والضغط النفسي على العاملين، وتم استخدام استبيان ظروف العمل، ومقياس القلق، الاكتئاب، والضغط النفسي (DASS_42) الدولي، على عينة قوامها 158 من أطباء وممرضين في كل من مستشفى بني مسوس ومصطفى باشا. وكانت النتائج ما يلي: - تؤثر ظروف العمل في ظهور أعراض القلق، الاكتئاب والتوتر لدى العاملين في مصلحة الإستعجالات.. Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the impact of the prevailing working conditions in the Department of Medical Emergencies on some psychological responses such as anxiety, depression and psychological stress on workers, and the work conditions questionnaire, and the International Anxiety, Depression, and Stress Scale (DASS_42), were used on a sample of 158 doctors and nurses.
