Résumé: تهـدف هـذه الـدراسة إلى التـعـرف عـلى دور إدارة المعـرفة في تحـسين أداء المـورد البشـري في قـطاع التعـليم العالي مع التـركـيـز على أعـضاء هيئة تـدريـس كـلية العـلوم الاقتصادية والتجــارية وعــلوم التـسـيـيـر بجـامعة بـسكــرة، وذلـك من خلال التعـرف على أهـم المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بكل من إدارة المعـرفة وأداء المـورد البشـري فـي قطاع التعـليـم العالي. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجـود دور لأبعـاد إدارة المعـرفة على التوالي (التوزيع ثـم التخـزين ثم اكتساب وتــوليد وفي المـرتبة الأخيـرة تطبيـق المعـرفة) فـي تحـسين أداء المـورد البشـري في قطاع التعـليم العالي، في الأخـيـر تقتـرح الـدراسة أن تـولي الجـامعة الأساتـذة المميزين والـذين يمتلكــون خـبـرات ومعـارف كــبيرة أهمية أوسع وأن تعـمل على الاحتفاظ بهم ومنحهم التحـفيزات المادية والمعنوية التي يستحـقونها. This study aims to identify the role of knowledge management in improving the performance of the human resource of the higher education sector with a focus on the faculty of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences of the University of Biskra, by addressing the most important basic concepts related to both knowledge management and the performance of the human resource in the higher education sector. the study found a role for the dimensions of knowledge management respectively (distribution, storage, acquisition, generation and, last place, application of knowledge) in improving the application of knowledge) The performance of the human resource in the higher education sector, in the end the study suggests that the university give distinguished professors with great experience and knowledge greater importance and work to retain them and give them the material and moral incentives they deserve.
