القيادة الادارية و دورها في تفعيل العلاقات العامة في المؤسسة دراســــــــة حالة مؤسسة التسيير السياحي- غــــردايـــــة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تؤديه القيادة الادارية في تفعيل العلاقات العامة فيمؤسسة التسيير السياحي- غرداية ، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة حالة في جمع البيانات بحيث تم تصميم استبيان لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من(37) موظف في مؤسسة التسيير السياحي بغرداية، وتم تحليل البيانات المحصلة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS v25)، وقد أظهرت إلى نتائج الدراسة وجود مستوى مرتفع لممارسات القيادة الادارية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، ومستوى متوسطلتفعيل العلاقات العامة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية موجبة بين القيادة الادارية وتفعيل العلاقات العامة عند مستوى معنوية ( α≤ 0.05 )، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الادارية وتفعيل العلاقات العامة في المؤسسة محل الدراسةThis studyaimed to shed light on the roleplayed by the administrative leadership in activating public relations in the tourism management institution - Ghardaia. The descriptive approach and the case studymethodwererelied on in collecting data, sothat a questionnaire wasdesigned to achieve the purposes of the study, and the studysampleconsisted of (37). An employee of the Tourism Management Corporation in Ghardaia, and the collected data wereanalyzedusing the statistical program (SPSS v25), and the results of the studyshowed a highlevel of administrative leadership practices in the institution understudy, an averagelevel of activating public relations in the institution understudy, and a significantcorrelationrelationship Positive between administrative leadership and activating public relations at a significantlevel (α≤ 0.05), and thereis a statisticallysignificanteffectbetween administrative leadership and activating public relations in the institution understudy
