تطبيقات إدارة المعرفة ومساهمتها في رفع تنافسية المؤسسة الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة "polyma" لصناعة الأغلفة البلاستيكية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية إدارة المعرفة كأحد أهم التحديات المعاصرة ضمن اقتصاديات قائمة أساسا على المعرفة والتي تؤثر على نشاط منظمات أعمال في الوقت الحالي وتساهم في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية استنادا لدراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة "polyma" لصناعة الأغلفة البلاستيكية- تيزي ولاية معسكر ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن إدارة المعرفة لها علاقة ارتباط إيجابية قوية مع الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة المدروسة ، وفي الأخير خلصت هذه الدراسة بنتائج واقتراحات وتوصيات هامة . This study is designed to demonstrate the importance of “Knowledge management”, as one of the most important contemporary challenges within the economies based essentially on the knowledge, which affect the activity of the business organizations in the present time and to contribute to achieving the competitive advantage. The case of study concern an Algerian company called “Polyma”, specialized in the plastic industry plastic and located in Mascara (Algeria). The main conclusion was that the knowledge management is positively correlated with the competitive advantage of company studied.
