Résumé: إن النشاط البدني له فوائد كثيرة ومتنوعة لمختلف فئات المجتمع، الذي يرنو لاكتساب المهارات الحياتية والتوسيع من ثقافته الرياضية، من خلال الاطلاع على المحتويات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لإشباع رغباتهم الرياضية المختلفة، فالفيسبوك، تويتر، واليوتيوب من أهم المواقع التي تستهوي الجماهير لمعرفة كل ما هو جديد وحصري فيما يخص الرياضة، خاصة أنها تجمع ما بين النص، الصورة والصوت ، لكن مع ذلك نطرح استفسار حول أحقية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تنمية ثقافة الجماهير الرياضية. وعليه سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية أن نعالج الأساس ألمفاهيمي للثقافة والثقافة الرياضية والإعلام الرياضي ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مع ذكر الخصائص والأهداف والأدوار وغيرها من النقاط الأخرى. Abstract: Physical activity has many and varied benefits for different groups of society ,who aspire to acquire life skills and expand t sports culture ,by viewing the contents on social media sites of satisfy their various desires. face book, twitter and YouTube are among the most important sites that appeal to the masses to learn everything new and exclusive in what regarding sports, especially as it combines text ,image and sound, however, we raise an inquiry about the eligibility of social media sites in developing the culture of the sports masses. Accordingly in this research paper ,we will try to address the conceptual basis of culture, sports culture ,sports media and social networking sites ,with mention of characteristics ,goals ,roles, and other points
