تجويد القرآن الكريم وأحكامه بين الثبات والتطور في ضوء علم اللغة الحديث

Résumé: تناولت الورقة علم تجويد القرآن الكريم وأحكامه، من منطلقات نظريات علم اللغة الحديث، وهدفت إلى توضيح الوشائج الرابطة للتجويد وعلم الأصوات، وتحديد مكونات علم التجويد، وحاولت الإجابة عن سؤال رئيس هو ما الثابت، وما المتغير في علم التجويد؟ وأشارت إلى أن الثابت هو: القراءة، وأن المتغير هو: الأصوات، والمتغير هو الظواهر الصوتية المستحقة. وبُنيت الورقة على أسس المنهجين الوصفي والتاريخي. ووقفت في حدودها عند أحكام تجويد القرآن، وتوصلت الورقة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أنه يجوز الاجتهاد في تطوير أحكام التجويد، وأن المقاطع الصوتية درس يمكن إضافته إلى أبواب علم التجويد Abstract The paper discussed the science of recitation intonation (alttajwid)of Quran and it's provisions within the field of modern phonology theories,and it aimed to clarified the correlation between them,and identification of the components of the science of intonation(alttajwid),and it attempted to answer a main question What is fixed and variable in the science of intonation. It indicated that the fixed is the recitation and the variable is the sounds,and the variable is the phenomenon of the deserved sound.The paper based on two methodologies the historical and the descriptive methods.The paper clarified the provisions of Quran intonation(alttajwid).The paper came to conclusions and stated many recommendations as follow:-It should be diligent in the improvement of the provisions of the intonation(alttajwid) and the sounds are a lesson that may be added chapters of intonation science.
