طبيعة الأحكام الجمالية في مشروع كانط الفلسفي The Nature Of Aesthetic Judgments In Kant's Philosophical Project
Résumé: ract : The various philosophical contributions of Kant made his writings starting with “Critique of Theoretical Reason” moving to “Critique of Practical Reason” and ending with “Critique of Judgment,” as a systematic project that flourished modern philosophy and impacted profoundly on later philosophies. The last Kantian contributions, the faculty of judgment which he established, might be called Kant's theory of aesthetics. This last contribution was indeed his attempt to complete his philosophical system, as it appears as such especially during the analysis of aesthetic judgments, how it seems on the same time an analysis in the philosophy of aesthetic taste associated with feeling, and also has a theoretical dimension without entering or intersection with the theoretical field or what Kant calls the faculty of comprehension with neither ethical research through the criticism of practical reason nor the faculty of will. Thus, Kant's contribution to the philosophy of beauty has its characteristics, but in the end these characteristics remain faithful to the principles of Kant's philosophical project إن إسهامات كانط الفلسفية المتنوعة، جعلت من كتاباته بدءا من "نقد العقل النظري" و"نقد العقل العملي" وانتهاء "بنقد ملكة الحكم" مشروعا نسقيا ميز الفلسفة الحديثة وكان له الأثر البالغ على الفلسفات اللاحقة، والحلقة الأخيرة من هذا المشروع ونقصد به نقد ملكة الحكم يمثل آخر الاسهامات الكانطية التي أسس فيها ما يمكن تسميته نظرية كانط في علم الجمال. لقد كانت هذه المحاولة منه بحق المحاولة التي اكتمل بها نسقه الفلسفي، حيث نرى ذلك خاصة أثناء تحليل الأحكام الجمالية كيف أنها في نفس الوقت تحليل في فلسفة الذوق الجمالي المرتبط بالشعور، وأيضا لها بعدها النظري دون الدخول أو التقاطع مع الحقل النظري أو ما يسميه كانط ملكة الفهم ولا مع البحث الاخلاقي من خلال نقد العقل العملي أو ملكة الارادة، لذا جاءت اسهامات كانط في فلسفة الجمال لها خصائصها، لكن في النهاية تبقى هذه الخصائص وفية لمبادئ مشروع كانط الفلسفي
