ثقافة المنظمة كمحدد لترسيخ وتعزيز أخلاقيات العمل على مستوى المنظمة

Résumé: لقد أسهمت التحديات العالمية المعاصرة ومنها العولمة في زيادة اهتمام المنظمات بثقافتها ومواردها البشرية وأصبحت أكثر استجابة لأخلاقيات العمل، فثقافة المنظمة هي الإطار الذي داخله تنشأ وتنمو أخلاقيات العمل، فهي بمثابة الحمض النووي لكل منظمة، فبقدر جودة وقوة ثقافة المنظمة بقدر جودة وقوة أخلاقيات العمل ،فلها تأثير في السلوك الأخلاقي فهي التي تؤكد القيم الأخلاقية وتقدم دعما للسلوك الأخلاقي، فهي تتفاعل مع أخلاقيات العمل لتشكيل السلوك داخل المنظمة، وبقدر التوافق والتجانس بين ثقافة المنظمة وأخلاقيات العمل بها، بقدر اتساع وعمق والتأثير على تشكيل السمات والخصائص الإيجابية للسلوك، وبقدر انعدام التجانس بين ثقافة المنظمة وأخلاقيات العمل ، بقدر ظهور التعارض والصراعات وتزايد مستوى ضغوط العمل وتفشي الفساد. Abstract Contemporary global challenges, including globalization, have contributed to increasing the interest of organizations in their culture and human resources and have become more responsive to work ethics. The culture of the organization is the framework within which work ethics arise and grow. It is the DNA of every organization. Influence ethical behavior. It affirms moral values and supports moral behavior. They interact with work ethics to shape behavior within the organization, to the extent of harmony and harmony between the organization's culture and work ethics, to the extent and depth and influence the formation of positive attributes and characteristics of behavior, and to the extent of heterogeneity between the culture of the organization and work ethics, as much as the emergence of conflict and conflict and the increasing level of work pressures and widespread corruption
