Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على الصيرفة الإسلامية ومختلف الصيغ التمويلية المطبّقة فيها ومدى مساهمتها في تمويل المشروعات الاقتصادية، من خلال دراسة حالة بنك البركة الجزائري (وكالة سكيكدة). حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أنّه يقدم صيغا تمويلية مختلفة تراعي في مُجملها أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، غير أنه يهمل صيغ التمويل القائمة على المشاركة في العائد كالمضاربة، والمشاركة، والاستصناع، وأيضا التصكيك الإسلامي، ويركّز تمويلاته بصفة أساسية على صيغ التمويل القائمة على المديونية كالمساومة والاعتماد الايجاري وبيع السلم التي يطغى عليها الجانب التّجاري، وهي وإن كان يعطيها مردودية واسعة مضمونة إلا أنه يكرّس انعدام التوازن من الناحية النظرية والعملية ويخالف فلسفة الصناعة المصرفية الإسلامية. كلمات مفتاحية: الصيرفة الإسلامية، صيغ التمويل الإسلامي، المشروعات الاقتصادية، بنك البركة الجزائري (وكالة سكيكدة). تصنيفات JEL : E5، G20، P12. Abstract : This study aimed to identify the Islamic banking and the various financing formulas applied on it. Also, it study its main contributes to financing economic projects, This is trought the Al-Baraka Bank of Algeria (Agency of Skikda). where the study concluded that Al-baraka bank of Skikda agency serves various financing formulas that take into account the entirety of the provisions of Islamic Sharia, but in the meanwhile it neglects some forms of financing which based on return such as speculation, participation and Istisna'a as well as Islamic misconduct, Its funds focused mainly on financing formulas based on debts, such as bargaining and leasing, and the bai salam which is dominated by the commercial side. Even if it gives a wide and guaranteed revenue, but it is devoted to the lack of balance in both theoritical and practical sides ; and contradicts the philosophy of the Islamic banking industry.
