اثر سعر الصرف على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر: دراسة تحليلية قياسية مقارنة مع بعض الدول العربية خلال الفترة 1990 - 2016

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة قياس أثر سعر الصرف على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر مقارنة مع بعض الدول العربية والتي شملت دول ذات الدخل المرتفع -السعودية والبحرين- ودول ذات الدخل المنخفض -مصر، الأردن والمغرب- خلال الفترة ( 1990- 2016 )، من خلال التطرق إلى أهم المفاهيم والنظريات التي تتعلق بسعر الصرف، وتسليط الضوء على مختلف نظريات ونماذج النمو الاقتصادي، وكذا تحليل اقتصادي لتبيان أثر سعر الصرف على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر مقارنة مع بعض الدول العربية، وفي الأخير تناولنا التحليل العاملي والقياسي لأثر سعر الصرف على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر ومجموعة الدول العربية، ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة سنحاول استعمال التحليل العاملي باستخدام المركبات الأساسية ACP وتطبيق تقنيات بانل على مجموعة من الدول العربية وذلك بغية اختبار مدى تجانسها. وقد أظهرت نتائج دراسة التكامل المشترك إمكانية وجود مسار مشترك بين المتغيرات المتكاملة من نفس الدرجة، كما تم التوصل من خلال الدراسة أن نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي يتأثر إيجابا مع سعر الصرف في المدى البعيد. The aim of this study is trying to measure the effect of exchange rate on the economic growth in Algeria comparing to some of Arabic countries with high income as Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, also some of countries with low income like Egypt, Jordan and Morocco during the period 1990-2016 And we used in this study the most important concepts and the theories regarding the exchange rate Along with explaining deferent theories and economic growth types, also an economic analysis to show the effect of exchange rate on Algeria comparative to some Arabic countries. In the end we did studied the exchange rate affect by using the factor Analysis method and the standard Analysis And in order test the homogeneity we used the factor Analysis method based on principal component analysis (ACP) and applying the Panel data technique on the group of counties under studying The results of studying the combined integral showed the possibility of existing a common path between the integral variables in the same level; also we did found through this study that Citizen Income of GDP is positively affected by the exchange rate in the long term. Le but de cette étude est d'essayer de mesurer l'effet du taux de change sur la Croissance économique en Algérie Par rapport à certains pays arabes Qui Contient des pays avec revenu élevé (Arabie saoudite et Bahreïn ) , Et des pays avec revenu faible(Egypte, Jordanie et Maroc ) Pendant la période (1990 - 2016) , et nous avons utilisés les plus importants concepts et théories liés au taux de change Et mettre en évidence les différentes théories et modèles de Croissance économique , Ainsi qu'une analyse économique pour montrer l'effet des échanges sur la Croissance économique en Algérie par rapport à certains pays arabes , Enfin nous avons discuté par l'analyse factorielle et standard de l'impact du taux de change sur la croissance économique en Algérie et les Pays arabes qu'on a étude . Pour réaliser cette étude, nous allons essayer d'utiliser une analyse factorielle à l'aide des composants principaux(ACP), Et l’application de la technique de Panel au groupe de pays arabes Ceci pour tester sa cohérence Les résultats de l'étude de l'intégration conjointe ont montré la possibilité d'un chemin commun entre les variables intégrées de même degré, Grâce à cette étude, nous avons trouvé que Le PIB par habitant est influencé positivement par le taux de change à long terme.
