طبيعة اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم المتوسط نحو الخدمات الارشادية المقدمة من طرف مستشاري التوجيه واالارشاد المدرسي
Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسـة الى معرفة يبيعة اتجاهات االسـاتذة التعليم المتوسـو نحو الخدمات االرشـادية المقدمة من يرف مسـتشـاري التوجيه واالرشـاد المدرسـي ومدى اختالفها تبعا لمتغير الجنس االقدمية اإلقامة تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشــــوائية اســــتخدمنا المنهج الوصــــفي و اختيرت عينة الدراســة من أســاتذة التعليم بالمتوســـطة "عمور محمد" و " بولعراس مخلوف" و " يخلف بن قلـ ـة" و " أحمـ ـد مـ ـدرري "بـ ـدائرة خير الــدين بمســــــــتغــانم -الجزائر- والتي تكونــت من )16)أســـتاذ)ة(الســـنة الدراســــية 0206/0200وأما أدات الدراســـة تم لت في اســــتبيان يقيس االتجـاهـات نحو الخـدمـات االرشــــــــاديـة وقـد اعتمـدت البـاح ـة على إختبـار"ت" اختبـار تحليل والتباين أحادي وذلك باالستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة االحصائية02spss وكانت النتائج كالتالي: -يحمل أســــاتذة التعليم المتوســــو اتجاهات إيجابية نحو الخدمات االرشــــادية المقدمة من يرف مستشاري التوجيه واالرشاد المدرسي. -التوجد فروق ذات داللة إحصـ ـ ـ ـ ـائية في اتجاهات االســــــاتذة نحو الخدمات االرشــــــادية المقدمة من يرف مسـ ـ ـ ـ ـتشـ ـ ـ ـ ـاري التوجيه واالرشـ ـ ـ ـ ـاد المدرسـ ـ ـ ـ ـي تعزى لمتغير ات )الجنس االقدمية اإلقامة الحضر والريف(. الكلمات المفتاحية: االتجاهات – األساتذة -خدمات االرشادية . ج Study summary: The study aimed to know the nature of the attitudes of middle school teachers towards the guidance services provided by the school guidance and counseling consultants. The sample was chosen randomly , we used the descriptive approach , and the study sample was chosen from middle school teachers , "Amour Muhammad" , " Boularas Makhlouf", "Yakhlef bin Qala" and "Ahmed Madghari " in the Khair district. Religion in Mostaganem - Algeria - which consisted of (61) professors for the school year 2021/2022. As for the study tools, it was represented in a questionnaire that measures trends towards extension services. The researcher relied on the “T ” test , analysis and variance test, using the statistical package spss program, and the results were As follows Teachers of intermediate education hold positive attitudes towards the counseling services provided by the school guidance and counseling advisors. -There are no statistically significant differences in teachers' attitudes towards counseling services provided by school guidance and counseling advisors due to the variables (gender, seniority, urban and rural residence). key words: Directions - teachers - guidance services
