المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة وإشكالية البطالة في الجزائر – دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة (2000-2018)
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التخفيف من حدة البطالة بالجزائر خلال الفترة (2000 – 2018)، حيث تم الاعتماد على بيانات من وزارة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة متعلقة بنسبة مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التوظيف إلى إجمالي العمالة المشتغلة وطنيا، وبيانات أخرى تخص البطالة من الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات خلال فترة الدراسة. أشارت النتائج إلى أن هناك علاقة عكسية بين المتغيرين بمعنى آخر أن للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لديها مساهمة في التخفيف من حدة البطالة في الجزائر. Abstract: This study aims to measure the extent of the contribution of small and medium enterprises in alleviating unemployment in Algeria during the period (2000 - 2018), where data was relied on from the Ministry of SMEs related to the ratio of the contribution of SMEs in employment to the total employment employed nationally, and other data related to Unemployment belongs to the National Bureau of Statistics during the study period. The results indicated that there is an inverse relationship between the two variables, in other words that SMEs have a contribution to alleviate unemployment in Algeria.
