تقييم مستوى الإفصاح والشفافية وفق منهجية S&p وانعكاسه على جودة التقارير المالية -دراسة حالة الشركات الفرنسية المدرجة في مؤشر Cac 40-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم مستوى الإفصاح والشفافية وفق منهجية S&P وانعكاسه على جودة التقارير المالية، حيث شملت 40 شركة فرنسية مدرجة في مؤشر CAC40، وهذا بالاعتماد على تقاريرها المالية خلال فترة 2018-2021 وبلغ عدد المشاهدات 160 مشاهدة، وحسب النتائج المتوصل لها فإن التقارير المالية للشركات الفرنسية محل الدراسة تتمتع بمستوى إفصاح وشفافية جيد محققة نسبة 69%، أي أنها تفصح عن المعلومات المتعلقة بهيكلة الملكية والسياسات المحاسبية وكذا عن بنية مجلس الإدارة، وهذا دليل على جودة تقاريرها المالية. Abstract This study aims to assess the level of disclosure and transparency according to the S&P methodology and its reflection on the quality of financial reports, with 40 French companies included in the CAC40 index based on their financial reports for the period 2018-2021 and 160 views. According to the findings, the financial reports of the French companies under study have a good level of disclosure and transparency estimated at 69% meaning they disclose information on the structure of ownership and accounting policies as well as the structure of the Board of Directors, which is an indication of the quality of their financial reports.
