إسهامات مدرسة كوبنهاغن في توسيع مفهوم الأمن؛ من الأمن العسكري إلى الأمن المجتمعي

Résumé: تعالج هذه الورقة إشكالية توسيع مفهوم الأمن،خاصة بعد الجدل والنقاشات النظرية التي بدأت مع نهاية الحرب الباردة، وتمحورت حول ضرورة توسيع الأجندة الأمنية "مفاهيميا"، وكانت مدرسة كوبنهاغن أكبر المتجاوبين مع هذا الطرح، حيث عمدت إلى توسيع مفهوم الأمن، محاولة تضمين الأمن "تجليات اجتماعية"، نظرا لعدم تناسب المقاربة التقليدية والمشهد الأمني في دول الجنوب –خاصة-، ويعد بوزان من أكبر المساهمين في مراجعة مفهوم الأمن بعيدا عن الافتراضات الواقعية التي تتمحور حول الجوانب العسكرية ومركزية الدولة في التحليل، فيما يرى ميشال وليامز (Michael Williams ) أن مدرسة كوبنهاغن تتبنى شكلا من أشكال البنائية الإجتماعية و لها جذور في النهج التقليدي الواقعي. من أبرز مفكريها نجد باري بوزان، أولي ويفر (Ole Weaver)، و جاب دو ويلد (Jaab de Wilde)، بالإضافة إلى العديد من المفكرين الذين يشتغلون تحت لواء معهد كوبنهاغن لدراسات السلام. This paper deals with the problem of widening the concept of security, especially after the controversy and theoretical discussions that began with the end of the Cold War, It revolved around the need to widening the security agenda "conceptually". The Copenhagen School was the most responsive to this proposition, as it sought to expand the concept of security, trying to include security as "social manifestations". Buzan is one of the biggest contributors to reviewing the concept of security away from realistic assumptions that revolve around the military aspects and the centrality of the state in the analysis, while Michael Williams believes that the Copenhagen School adopts a form of social constructivism and has roots in the traditional realistic approach. Among its most prominent thinkers are Barry Buzan, Ole Weaver, and Jaab de Wilde, as well as many other thinkers who work under the banner of the Copenhagen Institute for Peace Studies. الكلمات المفتاحية
