تقييم المشاركة السياسية في الجزائر 2019- 2023

Résumé: لقد كانت المشاركة من طرف المواطنين الجزائريين الرافضين للعهدة الخامسة، في حراك فيفري 2019 وما بعده قوية في كل ربوع الجزائر، وهو الأمر الذي يعكس وعي سياسي اجتماعي بالوضعية التي ستؤول لها الأوضاع في البلاد، إذا قبل الشعب بالعهدة الخامسة. وعي ساهم في استقالة الرئيس بوتفليقة آنذاك. ولكن هذا الوعي لم يعكسه السلوك الانتخابي والمشاركة السياسية للمواطن في انتخابات ما بعد 2019. إنه تناقض يلاحظه ويسجله كل باحث في واقع المشاركة السياسية بعد 2019 ومن خلال هذا المقالة سنحاول فهم وتفسير سبب تدني مستوى المشاركة السياسية في الجزائر بعد فيفري 2019 وقراءة دلالاتها على مسار أي تغيير في الجزائر. The participation of Algerian citizens who opposed the fifth term was strong during the February 2019 movement and beyond, across all regions of Algeria. This reflects collective political awareness of the situation the country would face if the people had accepted the fifth term. This awareness contributed to the resignation of President Bouteflika. However, this awareness was not reflected in electoral behavior and political participation of citizens in the post-2019 elections. This contradiction is observed and documented by every researcher in the reality of political participation after 2019. Through this research, we will try to understand and interpret the reasons for the decline in political participation in Algeria after February 2019 and read its implications and future effects on the trajectory of change in Algeria."
