Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى الكشف عن دور الاتصال المؤسساتي في ترسيخ مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا بولاية سوق أهراس معتمدين على في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي، وتقنيته الاستبيان . وقد تم التوصل إلي حملة من النتائج المهمة التي تمركزت حول الاتصال المؤسساتي قائم على بناء علاقات ودية بين البيداغوجيين والطفل المعاق ذهنيا من خلال تعزيز مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتحقيق الاستقلالية للطفل المعاق ذهنيا وبناء شخصيته ولإعطائه القدرة على التكيف والانتماء. *** Abstract: This field study aims to reveal the role of institutional communication in consolidating the principles of social responsibility within the pedagogical and psychological center for mentally disabled children in Souk Ahras, relying on the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a methodological tool. The aim is to empower pedagogical counselors who work with mentally disabled children by promoting the principles of social responsibility in order to achieve independence for the mentally disabled child through building his personality and making him able to develop a sense of belonging.
