أثر أخلاقيات العمل الإداري على الأداء التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات -تقرت

Résumé: This study aimed to find out the impact of administrative work ethic by focusing on dimensions(integrity at work, respect, confidentiality, corporation, responsibility) on organizational performance through four dimensions (financial performance, operational performance, clients, organizational effectiveness) at the public hospital corporation Suleiman Amirat- Touggourt-, by studying the relationship between variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach and questionnaire-based adoption were used as a data collection tool, where the study was conducted on a random sample estimated at 254 individuals of the total workers of the public hospitalcorporation Suleiman Amirat- Touggourt-, and the program of the statistical package for social sciences SPSS was used to issue 26 to process the data. The study found a number of results, the most important of which is the level of availability of the dimensions of administrative work ethic in the corporation studied in medium degrees, the level of organizational performance in medium degrees, and there is a moderate positive correlation between the administrative work ethic and organizational performance in the corporation in question and the dimensions of the administrative work ethic most influential are reflected in: (cooperation, integrity at work, responsibility and confidentiality)
