Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة التي استخدمتها الشركة الجزائرية لتوزيع الكهرباء و الغاز امتياز التوزيع ورقلة لتفعيل الاتصال الداخلي اثناء ازمة كوفيد 19 ، حيث سلطنا الضوء من خلالها على اهم الاجراءات المتخذة لمواجهة تأثيرات هذه الأزمة على استمرارية العمل في المؤسسات ، كما استعرضنا أفضل الممارسات والإجراءات الاحترازية المطبقة من قبل مؤسسة امتياز التوزيع بورقلة لحماية موظفيها بتفعيل الوسائل التكنولوجية لضمان استمرارية الاتصال بهم و توعيتهم و تحسيسهم بخطورة الوباء .This research aims to study the new technological means used by Distribution Concession of Ouarglato activate internal communication during the Covid19 crisis, where we focused on the most important measures take to confront the effect of this crisis on the continuity of work in the institution, we also reviewed the best practices and precautionary measures applied by Distribution Concession of Ouargla to protect its employees and ensure continuity of communication with them, and make them aware of the danger of epidemic.
