أثر المعلومات المالية على حركة أسعار الأسهم في سوق الأوراق المالية - "دراسة حالة بورصة عمّان المالي " للفترة2013/2015

Résumé: هدفت الدراسةالى الاختبار أثر المعلومات المالية على حركة أسعار الأسهم من خلال إختبار العلاقة بين النسب المالية والدتمثّلة في: )القيمة الدفترية للسهم، عدد الأسهم التي تم تداولذا، نسبة القيمة السوقية للعائد، نسبة القيمة السوقية إلذ القيمة الدفتًية، نسبة الدديونية، عائد السهم الواحد، معدل دوران السهم( كمتغتَات مستقلة والدتغتَ التابع وىو حركة أسعار الأسهم، حيث شملت الدراسة 21 مؤسسة مدرجة في بورصة عمّان الدالر باستخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية الدقطعية خلال الفتًة 2013 - 2015 ، وذلك بتقدير لظوذج الإلضدار الخطي الدتعدّد والبسيط بتُ متغتَات الدراسة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي EViews 9 لدراسة العلاقة بتُ متغتَات الدراسة. The study aimed to test the impact of financial information on the movement of stock prices by examining the relationship between the financial ratios represented by: (book value per share, number of shares traded, market value of return, ratio of market value to book value, debt ratio, , The share turnover ratio) as independent variables and the dependent variable, the movement of stock prices. The study included 21 institutions listed on the Amman Stock Exchange using the time series data for the period 2013-2015, by estimating the simple and simple linear regression model between the study variables using Or statistical program EViews 9 to study the relationship between the variables of the study.
