اسهامات مخابر البحث في تطوير البحث العلمي بالجامعة الجزائرية - دراسة ميدانية بجامعة المسيلة –

Résumé: يعتبر هدف التعليم العالي هو الرقي بالمنتوج العلمي من خلال مساهمة مختلف عناصر البحث المكونة للجامعة، ومن بين العناصر نجد مخابر البحث؛. لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تساهم به مخابر البحث العلمي في تحقيق أهداف التعليم العالي من خلال دراسة على عينة من الأساتذة المنخرطين في هذه المخابر بواسطة استقصاء رأيهم حول هذا الدور. وقد طرحت الدراسة السؤال التالي:إلى أي مدى ساهمت مخابر البحث في تطوير البحث العلمي بالجامعة الجزائرية. وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، مستخدمين أداة لجمع المعلومات تمثلت في استمارة من 20 عبارة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- حقق مخبر البحث أهداف التعليم العالي. 2- طور مخبر البحث الأداء الأكاديمي للأستاذ. ومنه تحقق فرضيات الدراسة.The goal of higher education is the advancement of the scientific product through the contribution of the various elements of research that make up the university, and among the elements we find research laboratories. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the role that scientific research laboratories play in achieving the goals of higher education through a study on a sample of professors involved in these laboratories by surveying their opinion about this role. The study asked the following question: To what extent did the research laboratories contribute to the development of scientific research in the Algerian university? We followed the descriptive approach, using a tool to collect information, which consisted of a form of 20 statements. The study reached the following results: 1- The research laboratory achieved the goals of higher education. 2- The research laboratory developed the academic performance of the professor. It verifies the hypotheses of the study.
