الجزائر أو قبلة الدارسين وملتقى العارفين (قراءة في كتابات الأستاذ العلاّمة في تاريخ الجزائر العثمانية مولاي بالحميسي)

Résumé: هذه القراءة لكتابات الأستاذ مولاي بالحميسي، هي دعوة لاكتشاف بعض المناحي المجهولة في تاريخ الجزائر، ويتعلّق الموضوع بالتاريخ الثقافي لمدينة الجزائر خلال الفترة العثمانية. مدينة الجزائر التي أصبحت عاصمة للنظام الجديد، الذي تأسس خلال القرن العاشر الهجري، السادس عشر ميلادي، أي النظام العثماني، وبعد التحاق الجزائر بالدولة العثمانية، سرعان ما تحوّلت إلى ملتقى لعدد معتبر من العلماء خلال تلك الفترة. وفي إطار هذه القراءة، أردت أن أتأمّل الحالة الثقافية في مدينة الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني، وذلك من خلال تفحّص لبحث مرقون ، سلّم إلي من طرف الأستاذ بالحميسي باعتباري طالبا باحثا تحت إشرافه، وكان ذلك سنة 1999. رحم الله أستاذي وجعل علمه في ميزان حسناته This reading of Professor Mouley Belahmissi’s writings is an invitation for exploring some unknown aspects in the history of Algeria. The topic is concerned with the cultural history of Algiers during the Ottoman era. Algiers became the capital of the new system, established in the 10th century of Hegira -16th century- ; that is to say, the Ottoman system after the joining of Algeria to the Ottoman Empire. Algiers had been quickly transformed into a forum to a considerable number of scholars during that period. I intend to thoroughly observe the cultural state in Algiers during the Ottoman epoch throughout examining a typed document. The latter was held to me by Pr. Belahmissi –may God have mercy upon his soul- as I was a student-researcher under his supervision in 1999.
