السرقات الشعرية عند القاضي الجرجاني -رؤية جمالية-

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة النظر في نص نقدي منفتح على القراءة النقدية والجمالية لمبحث السرقات الشعرية - التي تعد مقياسا للنقد، ومقدمة من مقدماته اللازمة للحكم والتقدير- وهو كتاب 'الوساطة بين المتنبي وخصومه' للقاضي الجرجاني، حيث تسعى من خلال ذلك إلى التركيز على ما قدمه هذا الناقد في بحث السرقات من قراءة جديدة لمفهوم الإبداع عند المحدثين؛ الذي تشكلت معالمه في علاقته التفاعلية بالنص التراثي ضمن الأخذ المحمود عن طريق آليات أسلوبية تعتمد الصنعة؛ بحيث يصبح الإبداع موشحا بخيارات التراث الشعري في ألفاظه ومعانيه وصوره. Abstract: The subject of poetical stealing occupy a great place in Arabic literature , so that we didn’t found any book in critical literature empty of this kind of subject. And this research try to discuss a critical text opened on critical and eastitical reading about stealing topic, we take about ‘the mediation between AL Motanabi and his adversaries’ by ‘ELKadi ALdjorjani’ focusing on Aldjordjani presentation in stealing theme, and we have to discuss the new reading of the creation notion at the modernizers which was formed and established in its reactional relation with traditional text inside the praised taking from stylestics mechanism which rely on professionalism.
