التـــكفـل بــذوي صـــعوبــــات التــــعلـــم: بـــيـــن التــــنــظير و الواقــع

Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إلقاء الضوء على ماهية صعوبات التعلم و طرق تشخيصها و التكفل بها؛ بين ما هو النظري و الواقع؛ و ذلك من خلال عرض الجوانب المعرفية التي في الغالب يلمسها الغموض و يزيد من صعوبة القيام بالتشخيص و التكفل المناسبين. و من خلال النظرة التحليلية للمحتوى تم التوصل إلى أن التكفل بذوي صعوبات التعلم في الجزائر يكتنفه العديد من العراقيل، بالرغم من توافر الأدوات المساهمة في التشخيص و تعددها و كذا تنوع المداخل العلاجية و الاستراتيجيات التكفلية و لعلّ أهمها: عدم الإلمام المعرفي بالصعوبة، نقص الخبرة في تشخيص هذه الفئة و كذا عدم التحكم التام في أدوات القياس و التشخيص و أيضا ضعف التأهيل الأكاديمي و المهني للمختصين القائمين على التكفل بذوي صعوبات التعلم. الكلمات الدالة: صعوبات التعلم، التشخيص، الاستراتيجيات التكفلية، واقع التكفل بذوي صعوبات التعلم Abstract This paper aims to identify the difficulties of learning and the ways to diagnose and caring them; between what is theoretical and reality; by presenting the cognitive aspects that are often touched by ambiguity and increases the difficulty of making the appropriate diagnosis and caring. Through an analytical view of the content, it was concluded that caring people with learning difficulties in Algeria is shrouded in many obstacles, despite the availability of tools that contribute to diagnosis and their multiplicity, as well as the diversity of treatment approaches and caring strategies for people with learning difficulties ,perhaps the most important of them: lack knowledge familiarity with difficulty , Lack of experience in diagnosing this category, as well as the complete lack of control in the measuring and diagnostic tools, as well as the weak academic and professional qualification of specialists based on caring people with learning difficulties.
