البيئة الاجتماعية وتكوين الفكر القيادي لدى المرأة المقاولة دراسة سوسيولوجية لمقاولة قيادية جزائرية أنموذجا

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذاالبحث إلى محاولة فهم البيئة الاجتماعية وتأثيرها في تكوين المقاولة القيادية، باعتبار هذه البيئة مجال من العلاقات المتفاعلة فيما بينها والتي تؤثر وتتأثر بها، معتمدينمنجهة على الضوابط التي أنشأت عليها المقاولة القيادية بالوقوف على فرصة التعليم والتكوينالتي أتيحت لها، ومن جهة أخرى على الضوابطالمتعلقة بالهيمنة الذكورية التي تواجهها في ميدان المقاولة. وذلك للكشف عن الخصائص الاجتماعية والثقافية التي ساعدتها لخوض تجربة المقاولة، مع تسليط الضوء على مختلف الصعوبات التي تواجهها. وفي الأخير توصلنا أن للبيئة الاجتماعية ازدواجيةالدور في تكوين المرأة القيادية فهي تعملعلى الضبط الاجتماعي المعقد عن طريق التنشئة الاجتماعية، وفي المقابل يفتح لها أبواب التعليم والتكوين مما ساعدها في ولوجها ميدان المقاولة وتحقيق النجاح فيه بعدما كان ميدانا رجاليا متحدية كل الصعوبات التي تواجهها. We aim through this research paper to understand the impactof social environment on the woman leaderformation, considering this environment as an area of interacting relations that affect and are affected by her, relying, on the one hand, on the controls on which the woman leader was socialized, by standing on the opportunity of education and formation that she obtained; and on the other hand, on the controls of male domination that she faces in the field of entrepreneurship; all this, in order to reveal the social and cultural characteristics that helped this woman leader to go through the entrepreneurial experience by highlighting the various difficulties and challenges the face. We concluded that the social environment plays a double role in the formation ofwomenleader, as it anchors complex social control techniques through socialization, and opens the doors of education and formation, which helped her enter the entrepreneurship field and achieve success in it, after it was dominated by men, defying all the difficulties and obstacles she faced
