Résumé: تعرف مرحلة الحملة الإنتخابية تجاوزات تؤثر بشكل عميق على عمل الدولة والنظام القانوني، تعود أغلبها لعدم إحترام الأحكام العامة للتمويل. هذه الأخيرة التي وضعت بهدف مكافحة الفساد وإستبعاد التنظيمات التي لا يحق لها الاشتراك في إتخاذ القرارات السيادية أو المساهمة في تشكيل الحكومة. لذا، تم دعم الآليات الرقابية على مصادر التمويل، إلا أن تلك الأحكام قاصرة خاصة في إطار أنظمة حزبية غير ديمقراطية نظرا لخصوصية جرائم الفساد السياسي والطبيعة الخاصة للعلاقات بين المترشحين والناخبين خلال هذه الفترة The electoral campaign defines abuses that have a profound impact on the functioning of the state and the legal system, mostly due to the lack of respect for the system of campaign financing.
