اختلاف المصالح وانعكاساته على مستويات التفاعل في الاتصال لدى العاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة وكشف الانعكاسات المترتبة عن اختلاف وتعارض مصالح الأفراد كأحد أبعاد الصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية الجزائرية، على مستويات التفاعل كأحد أبعد عملية الاتصال التنظيمي بهذه المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال توضيح ما يلي: 1. انعكاسات اختلاف الأهداف، على تكيف الأفراد في مختلف المستويات التنظيمية. 2. أثار تعزيز هيمنة الفئات المسيطرة وظهور الفئات الخاضعة، على تماسك الأفراد بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية. 3. انعكاسات طريقة توزيع الموارد النادرة بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية على سيادة الميول إلى تحقيق الأهداف. 4. انعكاسات اختلاف الانتماءات الفئوية على سيادة روح التضامن داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية. الكلمات المفتاحية: اختلاف المصالح؛ التفاعل؛ الاتصال التنظيمي؛ الصراع؛ العاملين؛ المؤسسة الاستشفائية. Abstract: This study aimed to try to know and reveal the repercussions of the difference and conflict of interests of individuals as one of the dimensions of the organizational conflict in the Algerian hospital institution, on the levels of interaction as one of the farthest communication process in this institution, by clarifying the following: 1. The repercussions of differing goals on the adaptation of individuals at different organizational levels. 2. The effects of strengthening the dominance of the dominant groups and the emergence of the subordinate groups, on the cohesion of individuals in the hospital institution. 3. The repercussions of the method of distributing scarce resources in the hospital institution on the supremacy of tendencies to achieve goals. 4. The repercussions of different factional affiliations on the supremacy of the spirit of solidarity within the hospital institution.
