مصطلح الحجاج: بين منطق البرهان الاستدلالي واستعمال الخطاب الحجاجي

Résumé: تعد الظاهرة الخطابية أرقى صور التواصل التي تنتصر للنموذج الحجاجي كما صوره أوزفالد ديكرو وشايم بيرلمان في تصورهما النظري الحجاجي لقضية اللغة واستعمالاتها وتحققها في الواقع. فالخطاب الطبيعي ليس خطابا برهانيا صوريا يتجاوب مع قضايا المنطق، بل هو خطاب بشري ينفلت من محددات الخطاب البرهاني الآلي الاصطناعي، ويستجيب للسمات الحجاجية التي ينهض عليها الخطاب الطبيعي، التي ترتهن إلى الملمح الواقعي الاستعمالي. وفقا لهذا التقديم يمكننا تصنيف بعض المصطلحات وإدراجها ضمن دوائر تحديدية تفصل بين كل نموذج ونسق على حدى، فالبرهان والاستدلال آليتان تدخلان ضمن دائرة المجال العقلي المنطقي الرياضي البحت، في حين يندرج الحجاج والاستعمال ضمن دائرة المجال الطبيعي البشري بما يحمله من ذوق يحيلنا إلى الاحتمالية وعدم التحديد الصارم. وتعد هذه الإشكالية من المخرجات المتأخرة للانعطاف اللساني الذي بدأ على يد فيتجنشتاين الثاني، ثم تطور وأخرج شطأه في شكل تصورات لغوية استعمالية غير صورية من أهمها النظرية الحجاجية (أوزفالد ديكرو - كلود أنسكومبر )، و أيضا نظرية البلاغة الجديدة ( شايم بيرلمان - أولبرايشت تيتيكا ) . The rhetorical phenomenon is the most representative form of communication that supports the model of argumentation, as formalized by Oswald Ducrot and Chaïm Perelman in their theoretical conception of argumentation on the question of language, its uses and its effective realization. The natural discourse is not a discourse of formal demonstration that meets the requirements of logic, but a human discourse that escapes the determinants of the automated artificial discourse and meets the characteristics of the natural argumentative discourse, which depend on the language fact of use. According to this presentation, we can classify some terms and include them in determining circles that separate each model from the other, demonstration and inference are mechanisms that are located in the circle of the field of purely mathematical logical reasoning, while argumentation and usage enter the circle of the natural human field with artistic properties that refers us to the probability and lack of strict definitions. This problem is one of the late results of the linguistic turn that began at the hands of Wittgenstein II, then developed and produced its foundation in the form of non-formal linguistic conceptions, the most important of which is the theory of argumentation (Oswald Ducrot-Claude Anscomber), as well as the new theory of rhetoric (Chaïm Perelman-Lucie Olbrechts-Tyteca)
