Résumé: The current study aims to reveal the relationship between psychological security and job performance among petrol station workers in the city of Ouargla. This study reached the following results: The study hypotheses were formulated as follows: - There is a relationship between psychological security and job performance among petrol station workers in Ouargla. - There are no statistically significant differences for psychological security and job performance among petrol station workers in Ouargla due to the age variable. - There are no statistically significant differences for psychological security and job performance among petrol station workers in Ouargla due to the variable of social status. The results obtained were interpreted based on previous studies as well as the theoretical aspect of this study, as well as mentioning some personal variables (age, marital status) that are the reason for the existence or absence of a relationship between psychological anxiety and job performance for what about petrol stations, and the study concluded with a general conclusion and some recommendations.and suggestions .
