الصكوك الإسلامية كأداة لمواجهة انهيار أسعار البترول صكوك البترول نموذجا

Résumé: تتمثل أهمية هذه الورقة البحثية في ايجادها استراتيجية تقوم على مواجهة المخاطر الاقتصادية لانخفاض أسعار البترول في الدول المنتجة له و تحقق بدورها الاستقرار المالي, وذلك من خلال محور اشكاليتها الذي يتمثل في كيفية مساهمة صكوك البترول الاسلامية في مواجهة انهيار أسعار البترول, حيث سيتم التطرق للصكوك الاسلامية في المحور الأول للدراسة ثم التعريف بالبترول وخصائصه في المحور الثاني, وفي المحور الأخير من الدراسة سيتم إبراز دور صكوك البترول الاسلامية في مواجهة انهيار أسعار البترول. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك للإلمام بمختلف المفاهيم النظرية التي تضمنتها الدراسة و استخدام المنهج الاستقرائي وذلك لدراسة الدور الذي تلعبه صكوك البترول الاسلامية في مواجهة انهيار أسعار البترول. The importance of this paper is to find a strategy based on the face of the economic risks of the decline in oil prices in the producing countries and check its financial stability, through the main question is how the contribution of Islamic oil instruments in the face of the collapse of oil prices, which will address the Islamic instruments in the first axis of the study and then the definition and characteristics of oil in the second axis, and in the last axis of the study will be to highlight the role of the instruments of the Islamic oil in the face of the collapse of oil prices. In order to achieve the objectives of the study were the use of the descriptive approach in order to familiarize themselves with the various analytical and theoretical concepts contained in the study and use of the Inductive approach to study the role played by the Islamic oil instruments in the face of the collapse of oil prices
