المهارات الحياتية وعلاقتها بالذكاءات المتعددة لدى متربصي التكوين المهني دراسة ميدانية بالمعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني الشهيد سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة -01-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الذكاءات المتعددة والمهارات الحياتية لدى عينة من متربصي المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني ، الشهيد سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة-1-. ولمعرفة ما إذا كانت مستويات متغيرات الدراسة (المهارات الحياتية ، الذكاءات المتعددة) منخفضة أم مرتفعة . ومن أجل جمع بيانات هذه الدراسة ، اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي ، حيث صمم أداتين لدراسة متغيراتها ، إحداهما تقيس متغير المهارات الحياتية بأبعاده الأربعة وهي المهارات العقلية ومهارات إدارة الذات،المهارات الاجتماعية والمهارات التطبيقية ، والأداة الثانية عبارة عن مقياس للذكاءات المتعددة يتكون من ثمانية محاور هي الذكاء اللغوي ، الذكاء المنطقي الذكاء المكاني الذكاء الموسيقي ، الذكاء الجسمي ، الذكاء الشخصي ، الذكاء الاجتماعي والذكاء الطبيعي ، بعدالتأكدمن الخصائص السيكومترية لتلك الأدوات،تم تطبيقهاعلى عينة قوامها 173 متربص . بناءً على الخلفية النظرية والدراسات السابقة لهذين المتغيرين وفي نهاية هذا البحث تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: - مستوى المهارات الحياتية لدى متربصي المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني الشهيد سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة -01 مرتفع. - مستوى الذكاءات المتعددة لدى متربصي المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني الشهيد سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة -01- مرتفع. - توجد علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاءات المتعددة والمهارات الحياتية لدى متربصي المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني الشهيد سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة -01-. This study aimed to identify the relationship between a multiple intelligences and a life skills among a sample of trainees from the National Institute specialized in vocational training, the martyr Sultani Abdel Kader Ouargla -01-,and to find out if the levels of the two variables are low or high . In order to collect the data of this study, the researcher followed a descriptive method. He designed two tools to study the variables of that study, one of which measures the life skills variable with its four dimensions: mental skills self-management skills, social skills and applied skills, and the second tool is a questionnaire for multiple intelligences which is consisted of eight axes : linguistic intelligence, Logical intelligence, spatial intelligence, musical intelligence, bodily intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, interpersonal intelligence and Naturalist intelligence . After confirming the psychometric properties of these tools, they were applied to a sample of 173 trainees based on the theoretical background and previous studies of these two variables and at the end of this investigation, we have obtained the following results : - The trainees of the National Specialized in Vocational Training, Ouargla1have high level of life skills. - The trainees of the National Specialized in Vocational Training, Ouargla-1- have high level of a multiple intelligences. - There is significant correlation relationship between multiple intelligences and life skills among a sample of trainees from the National Institute specialized in vocational training, the martyr Sultani Abdel Kader Ouargla -01-.
