دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تطوير الخدمات المالية

Résumé: يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة في إبراز أهمية تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات في مجال الخدمات المالية ومحاولة تحديد آثار التكنولوجيا المالية على الاقتصاد ، وذلك من خلال التطرق للمفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بمفهوم التكنولوجيا المالية والمؤسسات الناشئة التي تمارس نشاطها في هذا المجال مع ذكر تجارب بعض البلدان الرائدة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن انتشار التكنولوجيا المالية أدى إلى انخفاض اعتماد العملاء على خدمات المؤسسات المصرفية كمزود أساسي، كما أنها استطاعت تغيير هيكل الخدمات المالية على نطاق واسع وعلى مستوى الاقتصاد ككل، لكن عدم خضوعها لرقابة السلطات الرسمية وعدم توفر نصوص تشريعية تنظم الشركات الناشئة التي تنشط في هذا المجال يمكن أن يحدث أضرارا على الصعيدين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. This study aims to highlight the importance of communication and information technology in the field of financial services, and trying to determine the effects of financial technology on the economy, by addressing the theoretical concepts related to the concept of financial technology and start-ups that practice their activities in this field, with mentioning the experiences of some leading countries. The study concluded that the spread of financial technology led to a decrease in customers' dependence on banking services as a primary provider, and it was also able to change the structure of financial services on a large scale and at the level of the economy in general. But the lack of supervision by the official authorities, and the lack of legislative texts regulating start-ups that are active in this field, can cause economic and social damage.
