اختبار العلاقة السببية والتكامل المشترك بين النمو الاقتصادي وسعر الفائدة الحقيقي في ظل سياسة التحرير المالي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من ( 1980الى غاية 2015)
Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين النمو الاقتصادي ومعدل سعر الفائدة من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين التغير في معدل النمو الاقتصادي وسعر الفائدة وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1980 إلى غاية 2015 واختبار وتحقق في حالة الاقتصاد الجزائري .واثر سياسة التحرير المالي على بعض مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي . قمنا بدراسة استقراريه سلسلة التغير في معدل النمو الاقتصادي وسلسلة التغير في معدل سعر الفائدة الحقيقي وقمنا بدراسة السببية بين المتغيرين وخلصنا إلى استخدام نموذج VAR في دراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرين . ومن خلال الدراسة تبين لنا إلى وجود تأثير عكسي لمعدل النمو الاقتصادي في تحقيق معدلات سعر الفائدة خلال سنوات قيد الدراسة وبالتالي هذا التأثير يكاد ينعدم يوضح لا توجد علاقة بين معدل النمو الاقتصادي ومعدلات سعر الفائدة الحقيقي. الكلمات الدالة: تحرير مالي، نمو اقتصادي، سعر فائدة، نظام مالي، اقتصاد قياسي. تصنيفات (JEL):G20 ، O40 ، C30 ABSTRACT The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between economic growth and the interest rate by examining the relationship between the change in the rate of economic growth and the interest rate during the period from 1980 to 2015 and testing and investigating the situation of the Algerian economy .We studied the stability of the series of change in the rate of economic growth and the series of change in the real interest rate, and we studied the causality between the two variables and concluded to use the VAR model in studying the relationship between the two variables.The study showed that there is an adverse effect on the rate of economic growth in the achievement of interest rates during the years under study and therefore this effect is almost absent shows that there is no relationship between economic growth rate and real interest rates.
