دور التشخيص الإستراتيجي في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي - دراسة حالة جامعة محمد خيضر – بسكرة –

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور التشخيص الإستراتيجي في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي في جامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة. وقد إعتمادنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، أما بالنسبة لأدوات جمع البيانات تم إستخدام تحليل المحتوى لعدد من وثائق الجامعة ووثائق خلية الجودة، وقد تم إستخدام المقابلة غير المهيكلة والمقابلة المهيكلة حيث تم توزيع 05 استمارات (دليل المقابلة) على العينة المبحوثة، وتم تحليل البيانات والحصول على جملة من النتائج من بينها: أن تطبيق التشخيص الإستراتيجي يساعد مؤسسات التعليم العالي على توضيح أهدافها المستقبلية والمتابعة لإستراتجياتها من خلال اتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجية المناسبة للتنبؤ بتحولات المحيط والإستفادة منها في تدعيم مركزها محليا ودوليا. الكلمات المفتاحية: التشخيص الإستراتيجي، الجودة، التعليم العالي. Abstract: This study aimed at finding the role of strategic diagnosis in the quality of higher education at Mohamed Khider Biskra’ University. This study used two research methods: descriptive and analytical method. It used also the content Analysis to analyze the quality unit documents at the University. The study used the interview with 05 participants, after analyzing the data we found some results among them: The application of strategic diagnosis helps the institutions of higher education to clarify their future objectives and to follow-up strategies through the adoption of appropriate strategic decisions and predict the changes of the environment and enables them to strengthen their national and international position.
