Etude De La Coexistence Du Ferromagnétisme Et De Laferroélectricité Dans Les Composés Multiferroïques De Bi1-xsrxfeo3pour X = 0.25
Résumé: We managed to get through the method of preparing the reaction in the solid state compound Bi1- xSrxFeO3 for x = 0.25.This compound and to our knowledge is quite original, no systematic study has been conducted in this compound. The structural resolution of this phase, carried out with the Rietveld method is based on the structural model of the compound Bi0.75 Fe1O3Sr0.25 showed that the compound crystallizes in the cubic system with space group Pm-3m, the lattice parameters are a=3.957 (3) Å. The magnetic measurements were performed using the SQUID magnetometer
