Résumé: يعد ميثاق الآداب و الأخلاقيات الجامعية الصادر في جويلية 2021 نموذجا لأخلقة القطاع في الجزائر حيث جاء بعد عدة محاولات اعترضت طريقها أوضاع سياسية و أمنية و اقتصادية و عرقلت مسيرتها وسيرورتها . و قد تم التأكيد بقوة على الحاجة إلى وضع ونشر ميثاق الآداب و الأخلاقيات الجامعية في تقرير اللجنة الوطنية لإصلاح المنظومة التربوية سنة 2001 ، وفي جوان 2004، تم إنشاء المجلس الوطني لميثاق آداب وأخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية، وفي أفريل من سنة 2010 ، وضع المجلس الوطني المذكور أعلاه ميثاقا لآداب و أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية ، ليساير المستجدات الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية والتربوية التي شهدتها بلادنا وتسعى هذه الورقة البحثية لإجراء قراءة قانونية في ميثاق 2021 و تقييمه . The University Charter of Ethics and Ethics, issued in July 2021, is a model for the ethics of the sector in Algeria, as it came after several attempts that political, security, and economic conditions obstructed it and obstructed its path and progress. The need to develop and publish a charter of university ethics and ethics was strongly emphasized in the report of the National Committee for the Reform of the Educational System in 2001. In June 2004, the National Council for the Code of Ethics and Ethics of the University Profession was established, and in April of 2010, the aforementioned National Council was drawn up.
