السياسة الاسرائيلية اتجاه دول أفريقيا دراسة حالة المملكة المغربية

Résumé: تستند السياسة الخارجية الإسرائيلية في إفريقيا على ثلاث دعامات هي أهمية أفريقيا في إدارة الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي، مكانة إفريقيا في المنظمات الدولية، واليهود في القارة. واعتمدت في تحقيق ذلك على تعزيز نفودها السياسي مع قادة القارة واستغلال جالياتها بالمنطقة والتواجد الاقتصادي مع توظيفها للأيديولوجية، بهدف كسب الرأي العام الإفريقي وكسر الحصار العربي وخروجها من العزلة السياسية كضمان لأمنها القومي. وبالنسبة للمغرب فقد ساهم توطن اليهود فيه وتمتعهم بحماية ملوكه، من لعب دور هام في الحياة السياسية للبلدين خدمة للمشروع الصهيوني الذي وجد في المملكة نموذجا لتجسيد أغراضه عبر عدة آليات كالتعاون السياسي والتطبيع الدبلوماسي، التبادلات الاقتصادية، والدعم العسكري. The Israeli foreign policy is based on three pillars; the importance of Africa in the management of Arab-Israeli conflict, the status of Africa in international organizations and the Jews in the continent. to achieve that, it depended on strengthening its political influence with the continent's leaders and the Jewish communities in the region, the economic presence and ideology, in order to gain the African public opinion and breaking the Arab blockade, in addition to ending the political isolation as a guarantee of its national security. For Morocco, the Jewish settlement with the protection of kings contributed to play an essential role in the political life of the two countries for serving the Zionist project that found the kingdom as a model of consecration of its goals through several mechanisms, such as the political cooperation, the diplomatic normalization, the economic exchanges and the military support.
