السلوك الروسي تجاه أزمتي جورجيا-أوسيتيا الجنوبية 2008، وأوكرانيا-القرم 2014

Résumé: تسعى الدراسة للوقوف على طبيعة السلوك الروسي تجاه مناطق نفوذ الاتحاد السوفياتي (سابقاً) وعلى وجه الخصوص أزمة أوسيتيا الجنوبية والتدخل الروسي عسكرياً في جورجيا عام 2008، وكذلك السلوك الروسي نفسه تجاه أزمة شبه جزيرة القرم، والتدخل الروسي سياسياً والذي انتهي بضم شبه جزيرة القرم ذات الأغلبية الروسية وانتزاعها من أوكرانيا، من خلال تتبع وتحليل الأدوات والأساليب التي استخدمتها القيادة الروسية تجاه تلك الأزمتين، كما تسعى الدراسة لإبراز أهمية منطقي (القوقاز-بحر قزوين) و (القرم) بالنسبة لروسيا (جغرافياً وتاريخياً واقتصادياً وعسكرياً واستراتيجياً). لذا قسمت الدراسة إلى محاور، هي: - المحور الأول: القوقاز والقرم في الاستراتيجية الروسية. - المحور الثاني: جورجيا وأوكرانيا في الاستراتيجية الروسية. - المحور الثالث: السلوك الروسي تجاه ازمتي جورجيا 2008، وأوكرانيا 2014. وقد استخدمت الدراسة عدة مناهج، منها: (المنهج التاريخي، والمنهج التحليلي، ومنهج إدارة الأزمات، ومنهج تحليل النظم). الملخص باللغة الأجنبية : Soviet Union's influence areas (previously) and in particular the South Ossetia crisis and the Russian military intervention in Georgia in 2008, as well as Russian conduct himself towards the Crimea crisis, the Russian intervention politically, which ended the Crimea-majority annexation Russian and extracted from Ukraine to Russia, by tracking and analyzing tools and methods used by the Russian leadership towards those crises. The study also seeks to highlight the logical importance (of the Caucasus-Caspian Sea) and (Crimea) for Russia (geographically and historically, economically, militarily and strategically). So study was divided into themes, namely: - The first axis of the Caucasus and Crimea in the Russian strategy. - The second axis: Georgia and Ukraine in the Russian strategy. - Third: Russian behavior toward the crises in Georgia in 2008 and Ukraine in 2014. The study used several methods, including: (historical approach, analytical approach, and the approach to crisis management, and systems approach) analysis.
