مدى حصانة المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية من الأزمة المالية الراهنة

Résumé: لقد أثبتت الأزمة الاقتصادية والمالية العالمية الراهنة مرة أخرى مدى هشاشة النظام الرأسمالي المبني أساسا على الصيرفة التقليدية والتعامل بالربا، فمشكلة العقارات السكنية الأخيرة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تطورت إلى أزمة حادة برزت معالمها منذ عام 2008 في صورة انهيارات متتالية في العديد من المؤسسات المالية الكبرى من بنوك وشركات تأمين وصناديق استثمار وعصفت تداعياتها المستمرة بأسس النظام المالي والاقتصادي العالمي، ولعل أبرز بديل تم طرحه في خضم ذلك لاحتواء الأزمة هو بديل التمويل الإسلامي لما عرفه هذا الأخير من قدرة على مجابهة الأزمات والصمود أمام الهزات المالية والصدمات الخارجية. من خلال ما تقدم تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أهمية التمويل الإسلامي المبني على المشاركة المتنوعة المرتبطة بالحركة الاقتصادية الحقيقية في الحد من تداعيات الأزمة الاقتصادية. The current global economic and financial crisis proved again the fragility of capitalism which is mainly featured by an interest-based conventional banking system. The problem of the recent subprime mortgage in the United States of America has developed into a severe crisis that emerged 2008 in the form of successive shocks in many major financial institutions including banks, insurance companies, and investment funds. The crisis had devastating impact on foundations of the global financial and economic system. Alternative financial framework namely the Islamic financial system was introduced to contain the crisis given the latter's ability to cope with financial crises and withstand economic shocks. Accordingly, the aim of this paper is to highlight the importance of Islamic finance which is based on diverse participation associated with the movement of the real economy in order to reduce the negative impact of the economic crisis
