Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى أهمية دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية للتعليم العالي وكيفية استخدامه لملاءمة مشاريع التكوين الجامعي مع متطلبات سوق الشغل، سواء من حيث الكم أو من حيث النوع وذلك من خلال قيام الجامعة بدراسة مشاريعها التكوينية باعتبارها مشاريع استثمارية تهدف الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري وإلى تحقيق عائد اقتصادي من عملية الإنفاق المالي والتكوين المخطط، وبدراسة سوق الشغل عن طريق عملية تحليل البيئة الخارجية الخاصة بها، ومعرفة الاحتياجات المطلوبة سواء من حيث نوع التخصص أومن حيث المهارات الواجب توافرها في الخريج الجامعي، ومحاولة ملاءمة التكوين مع هذه المتطلبات، ووضع برامج ومقررات تكوين تستجيب لرغبة العميل الخارجي أو ما يسمى بأرباب العمل Summary: This study aimed to identify the importance of studying the economic feasibility of higher education and how to use it to fit university formation projects with the requirements of the labor market, whether of quantity or in terms of type, through the university studying its formation projects as investment projects aimed at investing in capital Human and to achieve an economic return from the process of financial spending and planned formation, and studying the labor market through the process of analyzing its external environment, knowing the required needs, whether in terms of the type of specialization or from the skills that must be available in the university graduate And trying to suit the formation with these conditions And put of formation programs that respond to the desire of the external customer.
