مؤشرات تطور كفاءة سوق الأوراق المالية في الجزائر

Résumé: تنامي الاتجاه العالمي نحو الاهتمام بأسواق المال خصوصا سوق الأوراق المالية، حيث تلعب هذه السوق دورا هاما في تشابك قطاعات الاقتصاد القومي،كما تمثل هذه السوق أحد المصادر الهامة لتوفير الاستثمار للقطاعات التي توجد بها سيولة غير مستقلة. فضلا عن أهميتها الحيوية في تمويل القطاعات التي يوجد لديها عجزا في السيولة النقدية، كما يعتمد الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية وتداولها بالدرجة الأساس على الإفصاح عن البيانات والمعلومات عن جميع أنشطة الشركات التي يتم التعامل بأوراقها المالية في سوق الأوراق المالية ويعد العنصر الأساس في تحديد أسعار الأوراق المالية، وأن دقة البيانات والمعلومات المنشورة تؤثر كثيرا على قرارات المستثمرين، وأي خلل في هذه البيانات والمعلومات يؤدي إلى انخفاض كفاءة السوق المالي وسينعكس بصورة مباشرة على سعر السهم في السوق المالي . The growing global trend towards interest in financial markets, especially the stock market, where the market plays an important role in the complexity of the sectors of the national economy, this market also represents one of the important sources to provide investment to sectors where there is independent liquidity. As well as its vital importance in the finance sectors, which have a deficit in liquidity, as trading and investing in securities depends mainly on the disclosure of data and information on all the activities of companies that are trading in their securities in the stock market and it is a key element for determining prices of securities and that the accuracy of data and information published greatly affects the decisions of investors, and any imbalance in these data and information leads to lower financial market efficiency and will reflect directly on the share price in the financial market.
